Certain things I just turn it off and back on again. I keep track of everything about my body - caloric intake, grams of fiber, location of spots, bumps, and scars, etc. But if my computer acts up, I just convince myself that all I need to do is restart it. And if restarting doesn't help then it just needs to be turned off for a few minutes.
