When I first heard Conglose was going to be hired as the traffic coordinator, I e-mailed Mayor Williams. He has done a terrible job in the past. Every light on 5th, Market, South and 422 is set to make sure you hit every light and spend most of your time idling, polluting and wasting gas. This is not the image of a green city I was invisioning. We need someone new who has vision; not the same thing we have had for 30 years.
