I agree, it feels like I hit every single light. I have a better time driving down to Wick and coming up over 422 and back across to Fifth. When I first heard Conglose was going to be hired as the traffic coordinator, I e-mailed Mayor Williams. He has done a terrible job in the past. Every light on 5th, Market, South and 422 is set to make sure you hit every light and spend most of your time idling, polluting and wasting gas. This is not the image of a green city I was invisioning. We need someone new who has vision; not the same thing we have had for 30 years. Also, I'm told that citizens are supposed to be on most of the committees that are set up by city council, yet I have yet to hear about the mechanism used to select those citizens.
