Major flood in First National Bank Building. Mold smell in lobby already. Tenants forced to move out. Yet another Frangos property on the road to ruin like the Stambaugh Building. How does a city in financial crisis justify millions to a company that has yet to prove itself in any one single project except running parking decks? Check Cleveland public records - paying taxes is a part of running a company. If they don't pay their taxes what makes anyone here think they will pay back their loans?
