I listened to this one too -- VERY interesting and fairly alarming. Blech.
In the past month or so I have been doing unrelated research into tax increment financing, Mr. Johnston is absolutely correct. As you said, this issue and the tax structure should be issues in the presidential election. Seems there should be a way to get these questions asked in the debates.
